How long before I can have my organization's exam available with LES?
This varies from organization based upon several factors. Our intent is to load and provide your exams to learners as quickly as possible. We are available to assist with any other questions, at email@example.com.
Is your registration system customizable?
Yes, we are able to modify the fields of information required by your organization.
What type of computer system is required for the exam candidate to use your ONLINE LIVE Proctor exam service?
Any web camera and the following "standard" software/hardware are system requirements.
What type of networking is required?
The best practice standard to ensure a smooth proctored experience is a wired high-speed internet connection (115)kps). Please note a wireless internet is not recommended. During our pre-exam technology check, we can check to confirm if the internet access will be acceptable.
Are set time costs/exams the same in Canada, the US, and internationally?
Yes. We offer online service, 24x7 in any time zone.
How may our Organization pay for your services?

What does it cost the learner if they reschedule/cancel their appointment?
Session rescheduling fees are not charged at this time.
What hours are your centers open?
We don't have test centers. We provide ONLINE exams 24x7 365 days a year access via our online system.
Are you able to provide essay exams?
LES can collect exam answers that are essay style format. These answers can be provided to the client in PDF format so Subject Matter Experts can correct the exam papers.
How do candidates schedule examinations? Describe the interface between your organization and the client which allows you to determine candidate eligibility.
Candidates can access our system and live support team, 24x7 through a standard internet browser, to schedule their session. If a candidate must provide proof of a prior achievement or prerequisite, LES can work with you to determine the easiest and most accurate way to transfer or share this information. For example - some organizations provide a certificate of completion that must be provided to LES as evidence. In other scenarios we receive an electronic record.
Do your proctors receive training?
Yes all of our proctors are trained and have a background in information technology.
What procedures are in place to handle various disabilities?
As of January 31, 2010, we are compliant to the Customer Service Standard of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). By virtue of this compliance, all that we do needs to be accessible to everyone. All staff receives this training. We make all reasonable efforts to ensure all peoples, regardless of ability have access to our products. Examples include: larger font and exam readers for visually impaired individuals.
Can your LMS be customized?
Absolutely, we own our technical tools. This empowers us to be able to customize screens, field and reports based upon your requirements.
May we use our brand so our learner isn't confused by going to your site to register for an exam?
The portal available to candidates/clients can be branded with the client's colour scheme, logos and look/feel.
What is required to enable a vendor's registration site to be bilingual, English/French?
We are currently in the process of making this available through Google Translate.
Is it possible to provide data on the performance of each of the exam questions to the organization? What format would this data be in?
Yes, XML, csv, tiff, excel and Web Archive (which is a browser view).
Is there a software that will allow people with limited vision to enlarge the font?
LES supports a number of tools for students with disabilities including sight.
Is there another way for the candidate to register for an exam, other than online?
Yes, the candidate is able to speak to a customer service representative over the phone 24/7, who will manually enter their registration information directly into LES.
Does a firewall interfere with providing an exam online?
The answer is no for the majority of exam candidates. However, some workplaces require a high level of security. In this scenario the exam candidate would be encouraged to sit the exam from home.
